- 1500 ml water
- 60 g sugar

Rinse the hibiscus
๐ You'll need- 40 g dried hibiscus flowers
Rinse the hibiscus flowers with cold water in a strainer to remove any dust.

Boil the concentrate
๐ You'll need- 750 ml (half) water
Boil half the water (750 ml) and add the hibiscus. Let it boil for 10 minutes, then turn off the heat.

Steep
Let it steep for 20 minutes so the hibiscus releases its full color and flavor.

Strain & sweeten
๐ You'll need- 60 g sugar
Strain the concentrate into a pitcher and dissolve the sugar while it is still warm.

Dilute
๐ You'll need- 750 ml (the rest) water
Add the rest of the cold water (750 ml) and adjust the sweetness to taste.

Serve well chilled with plenty of ice.
